How do the coordinating items do for you?  Do you recommend that I offer them?

Yes, we do recommend offering at least some of the co-ordinating items. Approximately 95% of our orders are for more than one item in a collection. On average our customers purchase 4 items per order.

Do you offer drop-shipping?

Yes, we drop ship. We just need from you what you would like included with an order (business card, promotional items, etc).

How do you package your items?

Invitations & favors are packaged in nice thick zip top bags. Inside the bag we include a business card (yours) and any promotional materials you ask us to provide. The bags are then zip closed folded over and secured. If you would like to include labels we will secure it with your label, if you do not include labels they will be sealed with a generic "thank you for your order" label. Envelopes are bundled together and bound with a 1 1/2 inch strip of white paper. Secured with a piece of tape. Again if you would like to include labels we will use your label in place of the tape.

Do you have personalization options that I can use on my site?

We do, you can feel free to use http://www.and-puppydog-tails.biz/personalization.html You can link to that page or copy it (or what you want of it) to your site. We do update that page every once in a while.

Do you offer custom orders?

We can do custom orders for anything. We have several themes that are either not listed or in the works so if you have a request for something and you don't see it on my site check with me because I might have it or be able to do it.
